This year our school will use an online system for new enrolments to Victorian government schools called VicStudents.
VicStudents will be available for students who are enrolling in a Victorian Government School for the first time. This includes Foundation (Prep) enrolments for 2025.
The link to enrol via VicStudents will be available from the beginning of Term 2 (April 15).

VicStudents has been assessed by the Department of Education to a high degree of security in line with the Victorian Protective Data Security Standards and is compliant with ISO 27001, the leading international standard for information security.
It is important to note that the placement policy is followed by all government schools. You can view the placement policy here.
Your chances of being offered a place in the schools you apply for are not advantaged or disadvantaged by using this system.
Victorian government school enrolments for Foundation (Prep) for the 2025 school year will open from Monday 15 April 2024, the start of Term 2. Families are asked to submit enrolment applications by Friday 26 July 2024. The link to apply for a place online at this school will be available on this site from the beginning of Term 2 (April 15).
Prior to April 15, you can indicate your interest in enrolling in our school by leaving your contact details, mobile and email address, with our school email address. belle.vue.ps@education.vic.gov.au

Our school zone is available on via the Find My School Website, which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.
Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined based on your permanent residential address.
Our school manages enrolments using the DET Placments Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places. Please see the policy below.

You will be able to apply to enrol your child in Foundation (Prep) 2025 at Belle Vue Primary School from 15 April 2024.

Enrolment applications submitted after 26 July 2024 will be processed by our school as they are received, in accordance with the department’s Placement Policy.
