Celebrating 100 Days of Prep
This week, our Prep students reached a very special milestone as they celebrated 100 Days of School.
While dressing up and classroom celebrations are always lots of fun, this occasion represents something much more significant. One hundred days ago, many of our Prep students walked through the gates of Belle Vue Primary School for the very first time. Some arrived with excitement, others with a few nervous butterflies, but all have since embarked on an incredible journey of growth, learning and discovery.
In just 100 days, they have learnt to read their first words and books, developed their mathematical thinking, formed new friendships, built confidence and independence, and become valued members of our Belle Vue community. They have learnt routines, embraced challenges, celebrated successes and shown remarkable resilience every step of the way.
As Principal, there are few things more rewarding than watching our youngest learners flourish. Seeing the smiles on their faces, the pride in their achievements and the confidence they now display is a wonderful reminder of why the early years of schooling are so important.
To our amazing Prep students—congratulations on reaching this significant milestone. You should be incredibly proud of everything you have achieved so far. The first 100 days are only the beginning of what I know will be an exciting and successful journey at Belle Vue Primary School.
